All Sales Final
Effective date: July 23, 2026
All sales are final. Kits are complete digital packages, delivered in full the moment you buy, licensed for life. Like a book, a kit can't be un-read or handed back — so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, and we say so here rather than burying it in fine print. There is one exception we volunteer because the kit can prove its own work: the Gate Guarantee (section 3).
1. See exactly what you're buying — before you buy
The honest counterpart to a no-refund policy is full transparency before checkout. Every kit's contents are listed on its pricing card, and the guide walks through what a kit is and what your AI will do with it, step by step — no email gate, no signup. Read it first and you'll know precisely how a kit works before you spend a dollar.
2. Instant delivery and your consent at checkout
Kits are digital goods delivered immediately. Some consumer laws (including in the EU and UK) give buyers of digital content a withdrawal window that ends early when the product is delivered right away with the buyer's express consent and acknowledgment. We collect that consent with a checkbox at checkout. The consent language is:
I agree to the Terms of Service and the All-Sales-Final Policy, and I ask for my kit to be delivered immediately. I understand that all sales are final once my kit is delivered.
Nothing in this policy reduces consumer rights your local law doesn't allow to be waived — including statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.
3. The Gate Guarantee
The kit checks its own work: every playbook ends in a pass/fail check, and the kit's built-in doctor report shows the state of every check. If you complete all 8 playbooks and a check stays failing — and support can't get it passing within 5 business days of you reporting it — email your kit-doctor report to support@thefounderkit.ai within 60 days of purchase and we'll refund half of what you paid for the kit. You keep the kit and everything you built. The guarantee applies to the Launch Kit and Founder Stack; it requires the completed playbooks and the report because those are the verifiable record — the kit either proves it worked, or half your money comes back.
4. Honest exceptions
- Duplicate purchases. Bought the same kit twice by accident? Email us from your checkout address — duplicate charges are reversed. That's error-fixing, not a refund.
- Delivery failures. If you paid and genuinely can't get your kit (no invite, no download, and support can't fix it), we'll make it right — replacement delivery first, and your money back if we truly can't deliver. We don't keep money for products we failed to hand over.
5. What “yours for life” means
Your Kit License is perpetual: the kit, every file in it, and everything you build with it stay yours. There is no renewal, no seat license, and nothing to cancel — which is also why there is nothing to return.
6. Done For You engagements
Done For You is a build service, not a digital download, so its terms are spelled out here too. You pay in two halves: a deposit that books your build and covers work that starts right away, and a balance invoiced once your finished site is approved. Because the deposit funds work that begins immediately, it is final — the same all-sales-final rule, applied honestly to a service. You accept these terms at checkout.
Two things keep that fair: a free intro call happens before you ever pay, and you see the finished site before the balance is due. And the delivery-failure rule in section 4 still applies — if we can't deliver the build we agreed to, we make it right, including your money back. We don't keep money for work we didn't do.
