AI Agent Kits

Launch your startup today. Let AI do the boring stuff.

Starting an AI business requires dozens of monthly subscriptions that quickly add up to a large bill at the end of the month, and your business dies the second you stop paying. With The Founder's Kit, you own everything and only pay a 1-time fee equivalent to less than one month of subscriptions.1

Works with any AI subscription including Claude Code, OpenAI's Codex, or open models/agents. You do NOT have to have experience with AI agents to get started!

Your launch list

The kit sets this up

  • Website
  • Payments
  • Back-end & infrastructure
  • Email
  • Social media
  • Blog

Lines of code you'll write: 0

Every item passes the kit's own checks before it counts as done.

You make the decisions. Your AI does the setup. You never touch code.

Watch it work

What actually happens, step by step.

You'll need an AI coding agent installed first — Claude Code or Codex (a one-time, guided setup; here's every step of it, nothing assumed). Then it goes like this — and the terminal text below isn't marketing copy, it's the kit's actual interview questions and its actual checks.

  1. 01

    Paste

With your coding agent open, one pasted line starts everything.

Clone https://github.com/thefounderkit/launch-kit (help me sign in to GitHub first if I need it), then follow the kit contract in CLAUDE.md: start with playbooks/00-intake.md — interview me, then take my business from idea to launched, one phase at a time, verifying each phase before the next.

  2. 02

    Answer

It interviews you first. Plain English, one question at a time.

“What's the business? Tell me like you'd tell a friend.”

“Who pays you? Describe one real person who'd buy this.”

    — you answer. No forms, no jargon.

  3. 03

    Build

It works through eight phases: accounts, website, payments, email.

    Phase 02 — configure + build

Building the app (this can take a couple of minutes)...

    PASS Dependencies are installed.

    …then database, payments, email, launch.

  4. 04

    Check

It can't skip ahead: every phase must pass its check first.

    PASS phase 01 — accounts + keys

PASS phase 02 — app builds

PASS phase 03 — database tables

PASS phase 04 — payments (test mode)

PASS phase 05 — email sending

    Result: nothing broken.

  5. 05

    Live

Deployed on your own address. Yours to keep.

How it works

Three steps. One sitting.

1

Buy a kit

Check out once. Enter your GitHub username — that's the address your kit is delivered to. No account to create here, nothing to install from us.

2

Your AI opens it

Paste one line into Claude Code or Codex. Your AI reads the kit — the templates, the playbooks, the instructions written for it — and asks you a few plain-English questions about your business.

3

Your business goes live

In that same sitting, your AI walks you through creating the accounts your business runs on — domain, website, payments, email — then connects them all. You do the signups and hold the passwords. It does everything after.

The one-sitting
promise

You sit down with a kit and an idea. You stand up with the accounts your business needs — created, connected, and live. Not a to-do list. A done list.

Who it's for

For people with a business in their head and no time to wire it up.

The musician

Merch table, open all night

A site with your music front and center, a mailing list, and merch checkout that pays out to you. Set up between rehearsals, not between releases.

See the build

The restaurateur

Your menu, your customers

A real website with your menu, hours, and a reservations inbox you own — instead of renting your regulars back from delivery apps.

See the build

The product manager

Ship the side project

You already write specs all day. Point your AI at the kit and spend one evening answering questions and approving — the landing page, waitlist, and payments come out the other side.

See the build

The founder

Day one, done right

Domain, website, payments, branded email, legal pages. The boring-but-critical setup, finished in one sitting — so week one is for customers.

The proof policy

Verified builds only — the same rule the kit runs on.

The kit won't move to the next phase until the current one passes its checks. This page plays by the same rule.

Verified builds

The kit refuses to advance until a phase passes its checks. Every gallery screenshot comes from a run that passed.

Real quotes

No testimonial appears here until a real founder says it about a real launch. No stock photos, no invented names.

Real numbers

Counters show up when there's something true to count — kits delivered, businesses live. Never seeded, never rounded up.

No testimonials yet — on purpose.

This space stays empty until real founders launch real businesses with kits. When the stories are real, they'll be here.

Footnote 1 — the math

One month of the usual stack.

The subscriptions a new online business typically signs up for, at each provider's entry tier — one seat, billed monthly, list prices. Add up a single month and compare it to owning your kit outright.

  • ShopifyBasic
    $39/mo
  • HubSpotStarter Customer Platform

    per seat

    $20/mo
  • AsanaStarter

    $13.49 × the two-seat minimum

    $26.98/mo
  • IntercomEssential

    per seat

    $39/mo
  • PostHogFree tier

usage-based past 1M events — counted at zero

    $0/mo
  • One month, before you've made a sale$124.98/mo

List prices from each provider's public pricing page on July 8, 2026 — entry tiers, billed monthly, one seat unless noted. Annual billing and promotions lower them; usage and extra seats raise them. The links are the source of truth — check current prices there.

The subscription way — $124.98 a month, forever

Every month, rain or shine, sales or none. And the day you stop paying, the store, the CRM, and the analytics go dark — the business you built lives in someone else's account.

The kit way — $99, once

The Launch Kit costs less than that single month, one time. Your AI sets your business up on services you own directly — website, database, payments, email — all on free tiers. What you actually keep paying: your domain (about $12 a year) and card-processing fees when you get paid.

Stop paying us? Nothing happens. The kit, the accounts, and the business are already yours.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Which AI do I need?

Any AI coding agent you can type into. Kits work with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding agents — if yours can read files and follow instructions, it can run a kit. You bring the AI subscription you already pay for; the kit brings everything it needs to know. Never installed one? The setup guide shows every step

What's actually in a kit?

Templates, playbooks, and step-by-step instructions written for your AI to execute — plus plain-English guides for you. It arrives as a private folder of files on GitHub. Your AI reads it, asks you a few questions, and starts building.

I don't write code. Can I use this?

Yes. That's who kits are for. If you can paste one line into a chat window and answer questions about your business, you can run a kit. Your AI handles the technical work and explains what it's doing in plain English.

What does "one sitting" mean?

Sit down once, get up with a business that's live. In a single session, your AI walks you through creating the accounts your business needs — domain, website, payments, email — and connects them. You stay at the keyboard to approve steps and enter payment details. It does the rest.

How do I get the kit after I buy?

At checkout you can add your GitHub username — it's optional. With it, we invite that account to your kit's private repository within minutes, and your AI connects to it directly. Without it, your kit is ready as a zip download on your order page the moment payment clears. Either way, you paste one line into your AI and it takes over. See the whole delivery, step by step

What will I pay besides the kit?

The kit is one-time. The services your business runs on have their own costs — a domain, card-processing fees, and whatever hosting tier you pick. Your AI tells you each cost before you commit to it. The point of a kit: one purchase plus the AI you already have, instead of a stack of subscriptions.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and the kit is yours for life — use it, reuse it, come back to it next year. No renewal, no seat licenses, no locked features.

What's your refund policy?

14 days, no forms. If a kit isn't what you expected, email support within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Details are in the refund policy linked below.

Something else on your mind? Email support@thefounderkit.ai — a human reads it.

Your AI is ready. Hand it the box.

One purchase. One pasted line. One sitting — and the business you keep talking about is live.

14days

Try the whole kit. If it isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full — no forms, no calls. The policy, in writing.
