How a kit works — before and after you buy.

A kit is a folder of instructions your own AI reads and executes, step by step, with you approving the decisions. This page is the honest map of what's inside.

The eight playbooks

Every kit walks the same eight phases, in order. The times below are your time — the agent's work happens around it.

  1. 00The interview

    10–15 min

The agent asks, you answer. No accounts, no code, no signups today.

  2. 01Accounts — the one sitting

    45–60 min, once

You click and paste; the agent directs and checks each value as it lands. The only phase that needs you at the keyboard doing signups.

  3. 02Make it theirs — configure + build

    10 min

The agent works. You review the result in a browser.

  4. 03The database

    5 min

The agent, entirely — after you approve the plan in plain English.

  5. 04Payments

    10 min

The agent. You approve the pricing once and make one practice purchase at the end.

  6. 05Email

    5–20 min

The agent. You approve the wording — and paste a few DNS records only if you own a domain.

  7. 06Social presence

    your pace

The agent drafts everything; you claim handles and post. Nothing is ever posted or sent by the agent.

  8. 07Launch

    one session

Deploy, final checks, go live. Practice payments flip to real ones only when you explicitly say yes.

The rules your AI must follow

Every kit ships with a binding contract for the agent that runs it. The parts you'll feel:

A check gates every phase

Each playbook ends with a verification script. It passes, or your AI is not allowed to move on — no skipped steps, no “probably fine.”

All signups happen once

Every account and every key is collected in one sitting (Playbook 01). No “oh, one more signup” scattered across your week.

Plain English, always

The kit forbids developer jargon in anything you read. When a technical word is unavoidable, it's explained in the same breath.

Secrets never go into chat

Keys go from a service's dashboard straight into one settings file on your computer. The kit is built so you never paste a password to your AI.

Practice mode until launch

All payment work uses Stripe's practice mode until launch day. No real money moves without your explicit yes.

Everything is resumable

Progress is written to files as you go. Close the laptop mid-phase, come back next week, and your AI picks up exactly where you left off.

What you need

  • Works with any AI subscription including OpenAI's Codex, Claude Code, or open models/agents. You do NOT have to have experience with AI agents to get started!
  • A computer with a browser — Mac or Windows.
  • A couple of hours. Most of it is the one account-setup sitting; after that you're reviewing, not typing.

Costs, plainly: every account the kit sets up has a free plan. The usual real costs are an optional domain ($10–20/year) and Stripe's per-transaction fee when you start selling.

The fine print

  • Kit License — what you own (everything you build, forever) and the one thing you can't do (resell the kit itself).
  • Terms of Service — the plain-English contract for buying and using a kit.
  • Privacy Policy — what we collect (very little) and why.
