Refund Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

All sales are final. Kits are complete digital packages, delivered in full the moment you buy, licensed for life. Like a book, a kit can't be un-read or handed back — so we don't offer refunds, and we say so here rather than burying it in fine print.

1. Try before you buy — for free

The honest counterpart to a no-refund policy is a real free trial of the experience. The free Starter kit is exactly that: a real playbook in the same format as the paid kits, which your own AI can run today. Run it first and you'll know precisely how a kit works before you spend a dollar.

2. Instant delivery and your consent at checkout

Kits are digital goods delivered immediately. Some consumer laws (including in the EU and UK) give buyers of digital content a withdrawal window that ends early when the product is delivered right away with the buyer's express consent and acknowledgment. We collect that consent with a checkbox at checkout. The consent language is:

I agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy, and I ask for my kit to be delivered immediately. I understand that all sales are final once my kit is delivered.

Nothing in this policy reduces consumer rights your local law doesn't allow to be waived — including statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.

3. Honest exceptions

  • Duplicate purchases. Bought the same kit twice by accident? Email us from your checkout address — duplicate charges are reversed. That's error-fixing, not a refund.
  • Delivery failures. If you paid and genuinely can't get your kit (no invite, no download, and support can't fix it), we'll make it right — replacement delivery first, and your money back if we truly can't deliver. We don't keep money for products we failed to hand over.

4. What “yours for life” means

Your Kit License is perpetual: the kit, every file in it, and everything you build with it stay yours. There is no renewal, no seat license, and nothing to cancel — which is also why there is nothing to return.
